A driver was taken to hospital after a crash on a Huron County road, Ontario Provincial Police say.
Just before 5 a.m. Wednesday, OPP say that a vehicle collision resulted in the closure of Donnybrook Line between Bruce Road 86 and Zion Road, which is about 10 kilometres northwest of Wingham. A photo published online by police shows a tractor trailer that veered off the road and crashed onto its side, most of its load spilled on the ground around it.

The collision resulted in the driver being taken to hospital with serious injuries, police said.
Just before 8:30 a.m., police said the road was expected to remain closed for several hours while officers investigated the crash, and to clean up the area. People were being asked to avoid the area.
Man charged after cell block damaged
The actions of a man in custody resulted in further charges, Chatham-Kent police say.
A man was arrested Friday on outstanding warrants for failing to attend court and breach of probation, police said.
During a bail hearing Saturday, police said the man reacted to the type of release he was to receive by allegedly damaging the cell block area, police said. The man then spat on an officer, police said.
A man is charged with mischief and assaulting an officer, police said. He was held pending a bail hearing.
Man hospitalized after clash: Police
One man was charged and a second hospitalized after two men clashed in Ridgetown, Chatham-Kent police say.
The disturbance on Friday involved two men who are known to each other, police said.
A Comber man, 66, is charged with aggravated assault and uttering threats, police said. He was released with conditions and a court date.
