A blast from the past rolled into Victoria Park Tuesday evening when the Skate and Bounce retro roller skating party took over the bandshell area. The free event, which will be held again on Sept. 13, offers skate rentals to those who haven’t skated in a while – or skated at all – and a live DJ.
