In massive line for free COVID rapid tests, latest shutdown weighs heavy

The lineup of Londoners wanting COVID-19 testing kits stretched around the exterior of Masonville Place mall Thursday morning. The kits were made available starting at 9 a.m. and some lined up as early as 7 a.m. in the freezing cold to get one.
