Police obtained arrest warrants for 34-year-old Mohamed Sail and Dean Robert Dickieson, 31, both of London, on charges of discharging a firearm with intent to wound or endanger life, occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm and using a firearm during the commission of an indictable offence.
Sail is additionally charged with assault with a weapon and aggravated assault, while Dickieson now faces a new charge of attempted murder, police said.
Police then identified the third suspect, Tristan Omari King-Wilson, 23, of London, who was wanted on charges of occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm.
Friday, London police announced that Sail had been arrested in Mississauga on Aug. 23, and was returned to London on the charges, and that King-Wilson had been arrested in Windsor and returned to London. Both were still in custody on Friday.
Investigators are asking anyone with information on Dickieson’s whereabouts to call London police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
Both Sail and Dickieson have a history of run-ins with police.
Sail was found not guilty in the 2014 shooting death of Jeremy Cook, a Fanshawe College student who was killed while trying to retrieve his stolen cellphone, and is scheduled to go to trial in September on drug charges.
Dickieson was once of the London police most-wanted list and was sentenced to three years in prison for gun charges.
