London police are asking the public for help after a pedestrian was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash over the weekend.

Emergency crews were called Sunday at 7:30 p.m. to a collision involving a pedestrian in the intersection of Wonderland Road and Oxford Street, where a male with serious injuries was taken to the hospital and remained there Monday, police said.

The driver of the vehicle, a white van, drove away, heading west on Oxford Street, police said.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area between 7:20 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. to contact London police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
