A man and a woman are facing charges after police say two individuals were seen fleeing a property on foot and driving a stolen vehicle in broad daylight.
Shortly after noon on Dec. 13, Middlesex County OPP was dispatched to a property on Creamery Road in North Middlesex, northeast of Parkhill, after reports of an ongoing break-in.
When officers arrived at the scene, two individuals were seen fleeing the area on foot, police said.

Officers arrested them not far from the scene, police said. The duo was in a vehicle that had become stuck and was later confirmed by police to be stolen.
As a result, a 33-year-old man from Sarnia is charged with breaking and entering a dwelling house with intent to commit an indictable offence and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000. He was held for bail, police said.
A 33-year-old woman from West Perth is facing the same charges. She has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on Jan. 29, police said.
Man charged with impaired driving over Hwy. 402 concerns
A Watford man is facing drunk-driving charges after police received multiple complaints about a driver on Highway 402.
Shortly after 7 p.m. on Dec. 13, Middlesex County OPP say officers responded to calls about a possible impaired driver on the westbound lanes of Highway 402 in Adelaide Metcalfe.
The vehicle was located by officers and stopped, police said.
A 37-year-old man from Watford is charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and driving while above the legal blood-alcohol limit. He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 20, police said.
