Great care
I would like to share my gratitude for the care received recently in the urgent-care clinic at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
The staff were kind, thoughtful, professional and caring to all who came through the door.
Thank you so much.

Faster service
I recently had to attend the emergency department at University Hospital. In the past, I have waited for hours first in the waiting room, then on a bed before seeing a doctor who ordered blood work and tests. It was another three hours waiting for test results still taking up the bed.

This time I was seen by an registered nurse within five minutes. A technician took me inside for blood work then sent me back to the waiting room.
After about an hour, a nurse called me in to a bed. I was soon sent for x-ray and after, I was sent to a row of chairs outside the room with others. During the time there, my vitals were taken and I was sent for a CR scan and sent back to the chairs.
Eventually, the doctor came and gave me results. I was there eight hours but I think the new procedures allowed more patients to be assessed and served. And I got out faster. Thank you to all.
