A driving school instructor wanted by police in connection with a sexual assault investigation involving a student has been arrested.
Strathroy-Caradoc police said Nedal Al-Louzi, 45, who works for a London-area driving school that Strathroy-Caradoc police have not identified, turned himself into their custody on Wednesday morning, police said.
Al-Louzi was charged with three counts of sexual assault involving one complainant and was to be released on an undertaking later Wednesday. An undertaking is a document created by either a court or police that places the charged person under certain conditions.

Al-Louzi is slated to make a first court appearance in a London courtroom some time in October.
Det.-Sgt Jason Cartwright of the Strathroy-Caradoc police said the allegations involve one complainant under the age of 18 and occurred in Strathroy when the person was learning to drive.
“The allegations are that there was inappropriate touching during a driving instruction,” he said.
Cartwright said that Al-Louzi has been cooperative with the police. One of the conditions of his release order will be to not communicate with the complainant.
The police said on Tuesday that they had a warrant for Al-Louzi’s arrest and were concerned that there might be other complainants who hadn’t come forward.
Anyone with information relating to the case was asked to call Cartwright at 226-245-1250 ext. 210.
As of Wednesday morning, Cartwright said, no one else had come forward with any more allegations.
Cartwright said the Strathroy-Caradoc police would not be releasing the name of the driving school where Al-Louzi was working at this time.
