Police on Friday identified a third suspect, Tristan Omari King-Wilson, 23, of London, who is wanted on charges of occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm.
Court records show King-Wilson is already facing unrelated charges of assaulting a peace officer, possession of fentanyl, impaired driving and failing to comply with a demand. The alleged offences happened on March 31 and King-Wilson was released on an undertaking, a document created by either a court or police that places the charged person under certain conditions.
Investigators previously obtained arrest warrants for Mohamed Sail, 35, and Dean Robert Dickieson, 31, both of London, who are charged with discharging a firearm with intent to wound or endanger life, occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm and using a firearm during the commission of an indictable offence. Sail is additionally charged with assault with a weapon and aggravated assault.
Dickieson now faces a new charge of attempted murder, police said.
Both Sail and Dickieson have a history of run-ins with police.
Sail was found not guilty in the 2014 shooting death of Jeremy Cook, a Fanshawe College student who was killed while trying to retrieve his stolen cellphone, and is scheduled to go to trial in September on drug charges.
