London police have identified a third suspect in a downtown shooting and laid additional charges against another man being sought.

Police were notified on July 21 around 5 a.m. after a man showed up at the hospital with gunshot wounds and was treated for injuries not considered life-threatening, police said.

Investigators determined the shooting happened an hour earlier in the area of Richmond and Clarence streets.

Police on Friday identified a third suspect, Tristan Omari King-Wilson, 23, of London, who is wanted on charges of occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm.

Court records show King-Wilson is already facing unrelated charges of assaulting a peace officer, possession of fentanyl, impaired driving and failing to comply with a demand. The alleged offences happened on March 31 and King-Wilson was released on an undertaking, a document created by either a court or police that places the charged person under certain conditions.

Investigators previously obtained arrest warrants for Mohamed Sail, 35, and Dean Robert Dickieson, 31, both of London, who are charged with discharging a firearm with intent to wound or endanger life, occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm and using a firearm during the commission of an indictable offence. Sail is additionally charged with assault with a weapon and aggravated assault.

Dickieson now faces a new charge of attempted murder, police said.

Both Sail and Dickieson have a history of run-ins with police.

Sail was found not guilty in the 2014 shooting death of Jeremy Cook, a Fanshawe College student who was killed while trying to retrieve his stolen cellphone, and is scheduled to go to trial in September on drug charges.

Dickieson was once of the London police most-wanted list and was sentenced to three years in prison for gun charges.

Investigators have released photos of all three suspects and are asking anyone with information on the men’s whereabouts to call London police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

There have been four cases of gunfire in London this year, resulting in three people injured, compared to 20 incidents in the same time period last year.
