One of the suspects is described as a Black male and in his late teens with a thin build and long curly black hair, standing around five-foot-10. He was wearing a black shirt, black jeans, and a black toque.

Beware of taxi scam: London police
London police are warning of a “taxi scam” that involves fraudsters posing as a passenger who needs help paying their fare. Victims have their debit cards swapped when they pay on the in-car machine, police say, and money is stolen.
To avoid this, police warn citizens to never leave their card unattended at a debit machine and to know the taxi company name and cab number whenever they’re paying a fare. Remove your card if there’s an error and never give the card to the driver, police say.
Never pay a stranger’s cab fare with a debit card in exchange for cash, police say.
