Reader to Reader: March 23, 2024

Recently my elderly father spent a day in emergency at University Hospital. Although it was likely a usual day for the staff, being extremely busy and short staffed, all of the nurses, doctors, porters and others who attended to my father were kind, compassionate, generous with their time, smiling all the while.
