An investigation has been launched after evidence of gunfire was found in a southeast London neighbourhood.
According to London police, officers were called to Shelborne Street, in the area of Pond Mills Road and Commissioners Road East, around 1:35 a.m. Wednesday. A 911 call had come in regarding the sound of gunshots in the area.
“There were no injuries reported, however, evidence indicating that a firearm had been discharged was located at the scene,” police said.
Police say the investigation is in its early stages.
