Baranyai: Let’s ensure school workers can afford to do their jobs

The sketchiest job title I’ve had on a pay stub was “Unqualified Teacher.” Back when I volunteered at my kids’ school, the office occasionally called me in to fill a hole. Schools are required to hire qualified teachers to fill an absence where possible, and rightly so.
