During the Jan. 7 snow squall in London, I was crossing with the lights at Grosvenor and Richmond streets, which unfortunately has a short walk signal. It was so hazardous that I couldn’t walk quickly for fear of slipping and before I reached the curb at the other side, the lights changed. A small van going west on Grosvenor, sped up to catch the light, turned left onto Richmond and almost knocked me down and then had the temerity to honk its horn at the inconvenience. Read More
