Ohio EPA probes manure spill that turned Wyandot County creek red
CAREY, Ohio — The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency confirmed Friday there was a large release of red, liquid hog manure into a Wyandot County waterway called Poverty Run earlier this week, but had little to say about how the spill occurred, whether it’s been contained, or what is being done to prevent a recurrence.
