Michigan is the Great Lakes State. The shores of Michigan touch four out of five of the Great Lakes, the world’s largest freshwater system. To recognize that importance, Herrick District Library, located in Holland, MI will host a Nature Conservancy program focused on the natural treasure of the Great Lakes, and on the conservancy’s part in preserving this treasure.
