Philllies win shows if you get in, anything can happen.

The Philadelphia Phillies win on the weekend over the San Diego Padres will make it tougher for the Toronto Blue Jays to watch, as they could have been that team.
It just proves that you only have to get in and get on a roll, like the Phillies have. Last year, it was the Atlanta Braves who won their division but had to beat the Milwaukee Brewers, Dodgers and the Astros to win. All three of their opponents had more wins and the Braves were considered upsets.
I have been a Phillies fan since the mid-seventies. It started when I went to games at Veterans Stadium. I got to a game the last time the Phillies won the World Series. I was there when they eliminated the Dodgers that year. Citizens Bank Ball Park is an amazing park to watch a game in.
If you believe baseball rumors, the Blue Jays were trying to sign Kyle Schwarber. This is the left-handed bat the Jays are missing. Every team that wins needs a mix of good left and right-handed bats in their lineup. This is something the Jays have to fix for next season.
The Kincardine Bulldogs lost their only game on the weekend, 4-3 Saturday night in Mount Forest. The Patriots are undefeated in first place at 10 wins. The Bulldogs were within a couple minutes of getting at least one point, but the Patriots scored with two minutes left in the game.
Seventeen-year-old Harrison Meulensteen, Carter Servais and Keiren Moore scored for the Bulldogs. Steven Grant had two assists. Brennan Long, Cooper Schneider, Meulenstenn and Servais added single assists.
This coming weekend, the Bulldogs host Wingham at 4:30 p.m. The Ripley Wolves host Lucknow at 7 p.m., both at the Davidson Centre, which means a great night of hockey. This has been going on for a lot of years and it will have a big crowd—be there early.
