OPP looking for owner of cattle found north of Owen Sound

Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police are looking for the owner of livestock found north of Owen Sound recently.

Nick Wilson, who is a media relations officer with Grey Bruce OPP, tells CKNX that they are having a tough time finding the owner of four black cows with yellow tags on them.

They were found loose earlier Tuesday on Grey Road 17, just south of Lindenwood Road, east of Hepworth.

Officers and some local farmers removed the cattle from the road and have secured them temporarily until the owner can be located.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Grey Bruce’s non-emergency line (1-888-310-1122).
