Provincial police in Wellington County say at least one person suffered serious injuries in a crash west of Arthur Wednesday evening.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the crash along Wellington Road 109 near Side Road 12 at around 8:30 p.m. According to police, a passenger vehicle and a commercial vehicle collided which resulted in serious injuries among those involved.
Police have not specified how many people were taken to hospital to be treated for their wounds.
Wellington Road 109 is closed between Arthur and Teviotdale while emergency crews and investigators work on the scene.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
