Bridge Michigan recently launched an Ask Bridge Anything feature in our Voter Guide, inviting readers to ask questions that we promptly answer. 

Our latest reader question:

“According to Rachel Maddow, Mike (Rogers) lives in and is registered to vote in Coral Gables, Florida. Is this information correct? Or is this another example of a politician running for Office and doesn’t even live in our State?!?”

Mike Rogers, a Livingston County native who represented the region in Congress from 2001 through 2014, moved to Florida after his retirement from the U.S. House and was up until recently registered to vote at a home he owns in Cape Coral. 

He returned to Michigan last year and is currently running for the state’s open U.S. Senate seat.
