Outdoors: Alarm bells sound as traces of invasive carp found in Michigan river

The eDNA of silver carp has been detected in a water sample taken from the St. Joseph River near Berrien Springs, Michigan, as part of a regular U.S. Fish and Wildlife program to monitor Michigan waterways for the invasive bighead and silver carp.
