Thousands of people across the region are without power this afternoon thanks to severe thunderstorms.
Locally, the biggest outage Hydro One crews are responding to is in Lucknow, where over 1,700 customers are affected. Early estimations have power being restored around 2:45 p.m.
Another major outage is located in Paisley, where over 1,000 customers are affected. Crews have been dispatched and they guess power could be restored around 2 p.m.
There’s also dozens of smaller outages impacting 20 or fewer customers on their map, spanning from Tobermory all the way down to Dungannon.

Westario Power says customers in Wingham, Lucknow, Ripley, and Teeswater are currently experiencing unplanned outages, though no specific number was give. Crews have been dispatched but the estimated time of restoration is unknown.
