Hundreds of residents are still without power after powerful winds swept through southwestern Ontario on Saturday.

The outages stretch from all the way from the London area to just outside of Windsor-Essex.

According to the Hydro One outage map, there are over 200 active power outages as of early Sunday afternoon.

Hydro One utility crews are working to restore power back to customers.

Restoration times range from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. around the London region, while power should be restored by 1 p.m. for customers in Essex County.

As of 12 p.m. on Sunday, fewer than 20 customers in the Chatham-Kent area remain without power.

Hydro One said the damage has been assessed and that a crew will be dispatched to the area as soon as possible.

The restoration time is estimated at around 4 p.m.

Environment Canada issued wind warnings on Saturday for areas including London, Middlesex, Chatham-Kent, and Windsor-Essex.
