Police say they’ve charged a London man after a bank was robbed in the downtown core.
After a man entered the BMO at Wellington and Dundas and got away with cash on Friday, police released a suspect description and asked for the public’s assistance in the case.
Investigators said he went into the bank wearing a blue medical mask, demanded money, and took off.
On Monday, police said they arrested a 29-year-old London man.
He’s charged with robbery and disguise with intent.
The man is scheduled to appear in court on February 27.
