As crews continue to work to clear area roads of snow, some roads in Bruce County have reopened.

While a few roads have reopened, drivers are urged to avoid travel for the time being.
The county’s road conditions and closures monitor reports heavy snow, strong winds, and slippery roads everywhere in the region, from Wingham all the way up the Bruce Peninsula. Environment Canada has these areas under snow squall warnings on Sunday.
Road closures are being put into effect throughout midwestern Ontario in an effort to prevent further collisions. To read updates on road closures in the region, click here.
Bruce County also says drivers should be aware that Walkerton Patrol, Paisley Patrol, Wiarton Patrol, and Lucknow Patrol have ceased operations.
