Two local COVID-19 vaccination clinics are cancelled due to poor weather and deteriorating road conditions.
Huron-Perth Public Health says it has cancelled its two planned clinics for December 15 at the HPPH Clinton Office at 77722B London Road in Clinton and at the HPPH West Gore Office at 653 West Gore Street in Stratford. Anyone who may have had a vaccination appointment today at these locations will have to rebook. HPPH won’t contact individuals to rebook the appointments for them.

You can also rebook by calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900, or by calling the HPPH booking line at 1-833-753-2098, which is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There are also walk-in opportunities.
