One charged in stabbing in Ingersoll

A Norwich man is facing charges after a stabbing in Ingersoll.

According to the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police, emergency crews were called to a home on Wonham Street around 9:50 p.mn. on December 2. The victim was taken to hospital with injuries police described as “non-life-threatening.”

A suspect was arrested on December 6.

A 22-year-old man is charged with assault with a weapon, break and enter, assault causing bodily harm, and failing to comply with a release order.
