Members of that public have been asked to avoid the Meaford Marina as provincial police investigate a report of a submerged vehicle.
Grey Bruce OPP were contacted at 11:51 a.m. on Sunday about a submerged vehicle, just off of St. Vincent Street.
It’s unknown if anyone was inside the vehicle.
As of 3 p.m. Sunday, OPP officers and members of the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit remained at the scene.
More information will be added once it becomes available.
