A day after two young people were found stabbed in northeast London, a 16-year-old has been charged.
London police and paramedics responded to reports that two males had been stabbed on Glenora Drive, east of Adelaide Street around 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday. When they arrived on scene they found the pair suffering from serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Both were taken to hospital for treatment.
A teenager was arrested at the scene, which was roughly a block away from A.B. Lucas Secondary.
A 16-year-old London male has since been charged with two counts of aggravated assault. His name is not being released due to his age. He is scheduled to appear in court in relation to the charges on October 24.
