For the second time this month, Middlesex OPP are investigating a break and enter at a well-known flea and farmers market east of London.
Police were notified about the break-in at the Trails End Flea and Farmers Market around 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Investigators have so far determined thieves forced their way into the market sometime during the overnight hours and stole several items including jewellery and cash.
The estimated loss from the incident is between $4,000 and $5,000, police said.
It was just over two weeks ago when a similar incident was reported at the market. Thieves walked into the building through an unlocked rear door around 12:30 a.m. on August 7. They made off with an undisclosed amount of property and cash.
Police have not yet made an arrest in the case.
The investigation into both incidents is ongoing.
