Charges have been laid following a report by a Good Samaritan of a motor vehicle collision in West Perth.
At about 1:30am Sunday, Perth County OPP attended the scene and say a male was observed laying under a vehicle, with the front end and driver’s side damaged.
Officers say the driver was taken into custody after some resistance, and was tested for impairment.
As a result, a 26 year old man from Kitchener is facing impaired driving charges for both alcohol and drugs, as well as resisting a Peace Officer.
His license has been suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for one week.
