A London man has been arrested in connection with an incident that saw a cyclist punched in the face.
London police were called to the area of Adelaide Street and Kipps Lane around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 23. Investigators determined that a man was riding his bike when he was assaulted.
In a tweet late that day, Dawn Fyn said her husband was riding his bike to work when he called out a driver who was blocking the entrance to the bike lane.
“Today he hollered at someone blocking the bike lane entrance,” the June 23 tweet said. “That person then drove to the next block and when the light turned red, he got out of the car and punched my husband.”
So my husband rides his bicycle to work each day. Today he hollered at someone blocking the bike lane entrance.
