Linda White has been announced as the new Bruce County Clerk.
In a release on the Bruce County website, the county says White will assume her new role as of July 11th this year. The releases states that as a member of the office of the Bruce County CAO, White will “be responsible for performing the statutory duties assigned from the Municipal Act, other related Acts and Regulations of the Legislature, and the County By-laws. She will also oversee the overall management and direction of the Legislative Division of the County and is also responsible for overseeing the County’s records management and accessibility programs.”
White has over 30 years of municipal government experience. She has held various roles in the Town of Saugeen Shores and the former Township of Saugeen.
