The Emergency Department (ED) at the St. Marys Memorial Hospital (SMMH) site of the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) has resumed regular hours of operation, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The SMMH ED had experienced a reduction in hours since April 18th, due to staffing challenges related to COVID-19.
The Inpatient Unit at the site remains in a COVID-19 Outbreak with restrictions to Family & Caregiver Presence with exceptions for palliative patients at end of life.
