The St. Thomas Police Service (STPS) arrested a 28-year-old man at a downtown business.
The man, from St. Thomas, faces one count of assault with a weapon after he allegedly pulled a knife on a security guard.
He was also charged with two counts of breach of probation, and one count of breach of a release order.
Police said the man was arrested without incident and will be held in custody until his court appearance.
