An arrest warrant has been issued for an Aylmer man who is wanted in connection with the violent attack and robbery of another man last month.
The incident happened at a home on Sydenham Street East just before 3 p.m. on March 11. According to Aylmer police, four people got into an argument with a 45-year-old man and began attacking him with a baseball bat and metal angle iron being.
The man suffered serious injuries to his right arm, back, and face. His cellphone was also stolen, police said.
A 33-year-old woman, a 15-year-old girl, and a 15-year-old boy have been arrested and charged. A fourth suspect has been identified as 44-year-old Shawn Lane of Aylmer. He is wanted for aggravated assault and robbery with violence.
