Flags are at half-mast across Grey County today after the passing of one of its former Wardens.
George Schafer passed away at Rockwood Terrace on Thursday.
He started in politics in 1969 before serving as the Warden of Grey County in 1983.
He was 82 years old.
Grey County flags are at half mast to mark the passing of Grey County's past Warden, George Schafer. Mr. Schafer served as Warden in 1983 (rep. Glenelg Township).
