In loving memory of Edith Anne Hodgson (née Radigan) of Kincardine, who passed away on Sunday, Feb. 20, 2022, at Rockwood Terrace Nursing Home, Durham, at age 75.
Beloved wife of David W. Hodgson of Kincardine. Loving mother of Andrea Szwajcer and husband David of Winnipeg, and Katherine Hodgson of Toronto. Missed by her grandsons Benjamin and Issac. Dear sister of Mary Lou O’Rielly and family in Ottawa; Betty Wood and family in Port Dover; Therese LeGros and family of Bridgenorth and Paul Radigan and family of Guelph. Fondly remembered by her mother-in-law Joyce Hodgson, and sister-in-law Angela Grondin and family, all of Windsor. Predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Anna (née Lynett) Radigan, of Owen Sound, and father-in-law David J. Hodgson of Windsor.
The family wishes to extend sincere and everlasting gratitude and prayers to the Nurses, PSWs and staff of Rockwood Terrace Nursing Home in Durham, for their dedication and loving care while Edith was a resident, especially during this COVID crisis.
Edith’s entire life was spent in the practice of nursing, in many roles and in many settings. She wore her calling in life with pride and dedication to others. May she now take her place among the Angels.
