EDWARD CARL PERCY
Edward Carl Percy, in his 82nd year, passed away Feb. 17, 2022 in Kamloops, BC, with his loving family surrounding him. He was the son of the late George and Hazel Percy of Kincardine. Predeceased by brothers/sister Elmer Percy, Marie McInnis, and Melvin Percy. Only remaining sibling is Ilene Hamilton (Robertson) of Goderich, whom Ed enjoyed conversing with weekly to hear all the news of the Kincardine area.
Ed travelled to the West early in life and married Pat Fletcher, becoming the father to her 5 children. They resided in Kamloop, BC, all of their married life, with Pat passing away in 2020. His youngest son Alex took on the responsibility of caring for his father’s needs until his passing this past Feb. 17, 2022. We felt comforted in knowing that Ed was so loved and cared for by his son Alex and wife Leah over the years. A celebration of life will be held for Ed later and donations in his memory may go to the Canadian Cancer Society.
