A serious crash in south London has left a man fighting for life in hospital.
Emergency crews were called to the single-vehicle collision on Wellington Road South at Harry White Drive around 12:40 a.m. on Monday.
The man driving the vehicle had to be cut from the wreckage. He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Wellington Road between Harry White Drive and Reagan Bourne is closed in both directions. Police have given no indication when it will be reopened. Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
