Westario Power has confirmed that all of their customers in Walkerton are experiencing a power outage.
In a release, Westario says the unplanned outage occurred due to a “loss of supply from the transmission network.” Crews are on-scene addressing the outage, and Westario says they expect all power to be restored by 5:45 p.m. tonight.
Westario will provide updates as progress is made on power restoration.
