LHSC seized the weapons after a detector was installed April 15 at the University Hospital emergency department, and a second metal detector will soon be installed at the Victoria Hospital site.
In just one week a London hospital seized 23 knives at one of its emergency departments, weapons detected by just-installed metal detectors. London Health Sciences Centre reported.
