A single-vehicle collision in Zorra Township has resulted in the death of one person.
Police say emergency crews were called to a crash along 19th Line between 25th and 27th Line around 5 a.m.
Constable Patti Cote from the Oxford County OPP confirmed that the lone occupant of the vehicle died as a result of the collision.
The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
Investigators will remain in the area for the next hour or so, according to police.
“Please be patient and please obey the road closure signs for everyone’s safety,” Cote said. “Our condolences go to the family and our thoughts are with everybody that’s been affected by this.”
