Police have asked the public to avoid the area near Oxford Street West and Beaverbrook Drive as emergency crews respond to a fire in an apartment unit.
The blaze broke out sometime around 10 a.m. on Thursday morning.
The London Fire Department said crews had arrived at the scene and knocked down the fire before 10:30 a.m.
Due to heavy smoke, a spokesperson from the fire service said ventilation will be required.
Injuries are unknown at this time.
