With the holidays a few weeks’ away, lots of gardeners have turned their interest to decorating their homes both indoors and outdoors.

I have raked and raked so many leaves and I am sure I have more yet still to do, but what else could we be doing outside now before the snow flies?

Before we know it snow will be falling and like many gardeners I am almost ready to move indoors for winter.

I wanted to talk about a few things that can be done this time of year to “put your garden to bed.”

The weather changed in a hurry and we went from very warm days to sweater weather overnight. The gardens will show this change very quickly.
