City transit terminal reopens after being short-staffed

The city’s transit terminal reopened Thursday after it was closed parts of Tuesday and Wednesday due to unavailability of staff. The facility has one full-time staff, with a part-time staff member and casual member to call upon there in the event they’re needed, Rick Chappell, the city’s environmental supervisor, said Thursday.
