Saugeen Shores resident arrested after breaking curfew twice

A man has been arrested in Saugeen Shores after breaking his criminal curfew twice in one night.

Just after 10:30 p.m. Monday, Saugeen Shores police officers noticed a 22-year-old male on Arlington Street who they knew to be on a 10 p.m. criminal curfew.

The accused was on a Release Order for the charge of Possession of a controlled Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Officers escorted him back to his residence and told him that if he were to breach his conditions further, he would be arrested.

A little over two hours later, at about 12:50 a.m. Tuesday, officers saw the same male on Goderich Street. He was arrested at that time and held in custody.
