South Bruce OPP charged a 34-year-old Huron-Kinloss man after police say he fled a collision scene.
Police received a report at 4:03 p.m. of a collision on Highway 9 near Sideroad 10 in the Municipality of Kincardine. The driver of the vehicle fled on foot but was quickly located by officers, a police news release said.
The driver displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. Witnesses in the area reported the driver was operating the vehicle aggressively just prior to the collision, the release said.
Police charged him with dangerous driving, failing to remain and failing to comply with a breath demand Saturday.
