Q+A: London ER doc’s message to municipal leaders

The head of Ontario’s doctors’ association is pushing for action in the province’s primary care sector, with at least 66 family physicians urgently needed in London to meet demand. Andrew Park, a London ER physician and the president of the Ontario Medical Association, said improving the province’s health care system needs to begin by recruiting and training more doctors while improving working conditions for the ones already seeing patients.
