Provincial police in Huron County discovered over $94,000 in illegal substances during a search at a home near Exeter last week.
On Friday, May 26, members of the Huron OPP, and the Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Unit, attended a residence to conduct a search warrant at a home on Huron Street West in the Municipality of South Huron.
During the investigation, a man was arrested, with some items and substances were seized.
The list of substances obtained by investigators includes Fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and Adderall pills. Police did not specify the quantity of each drug found but estimated the total value at $94,279. Police say five cell phones, three tablets, a crossbow, scales, and packaging were also obtained during the search.
As a result, a 36-year-old South Huron man is charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance for trafficking and failing to comply with a release order.
